At Fit Food Bistro we’re passionate about serving great tasting, fresh and nutritions food… as well as vegetable-packed soups and lunches full of your necessary food groups, we still love the odd cake and cappuccino, not to mention pancakes and smoothies for breakfast.

Jamie Oliver’s list of food facts, including an observation that takeaway food has been around for centuries. Takeaway can still be fresh, nutritious and non-processed.
Also that “Apples, potatoes, and onions all taste the same when eaten with your nose plugged. This shows the nose plays the incredibly important part in the sense of taste. The fact that the three items have a similar consistency makes it virtually impossible to identify them without the sense of smell.”
