If you are looking to hold a function or seminar in a slightly different environment, the Glasgow Outdoor Experience has our own Lecture Theatre which is able accommodate up to 70 people. There is also free parking and here in Fit fFood Bistro, we can meet any catering requirements you may have.

If you simply want to meet up to discuss the latest project, we can keep you supplied with Green Mountain Fair Trade Coffee.

Children over the age of 8 can join us for a completely unique party experience. Your child and their friends can try their hands at the Climbing Wall. Once they've worked out their energy on the wall, they can join us in the Bistro to fill their bellies on our fresh, energising, healthy and great tasting food.

It's a great idea for something a bit different to keep your kids entertained.

If you've been running, road cycling, mountain biking or anything energetic and are in need of refreshments please drop in with you team/group/club or your friends and try out our healthy, tasty drinks and eats.

For those of you on an exclusionary diet, we do cater for you, and you will find gluten and diary free cakes and shakes along with the other items on the menu.
